At Miller Search we believe a successful search starts with a clearly defined strategy and on-going communication. The search launch is critical to understanding your needs and includes meeting with stakeholders to define the role, goals and objectives, cultural fit, and develop the search strategy. Based on the key requirements we will develop the position description and target company list and then begin networking with trusted executives while concurrently reaching out to targeted prospects from our original research. We will identify relevant candidates, determine their suitability, availability and potential interest.


Within the first four weeks, we will present an initial slate of qualified candidates for review while we continue heavy market outreach. Once we have determined mutual interest, we perform face to face interviews and only present the most qualified for client interviews. We will continue to recruit during client interviews to ensure you see the best candidates. 


Once the final candidate has been selected, we conduct detailed references before the offer is extended. We provide reference findings to you in writing and will assist in the final candidate’s compensation negotiation. We work closely with you to complete the hiring arrangements such as managing the candidate resignation and on-boarding and continue to follow up periodically with the candidate to ensure a smooth transition.
